Monday, March 17th, 2008Cask Darkness?#@!#
Wednesday, March 12th, 2008That’s right, the first ever cask-conditioned Darkness will be poured this Sunday at the Happy Gnome’s Firkin Fest. The beer is the 2008 darkness that was brewed 3 weeks ago. We have never poured Darkness from the cask, so it will be interesting to see what this beer tastes like this young.
Oh yeah, Tea-Bagged Furious and Oak-Aged Bendxer also.

We were pretty pleased that Tea-Bagged Furious won Champion Real Ale of Chicagoland for 2008! Sweet.
